Believing that the best laid plans are based on solid research, Vicki is typically the first one in the door. As the head of the nonprofit practice for KRC Research, she uses her opinion research toolbox – focus groups to surveys to online bulletin boards – to inform key decisions around message development, social marketing campaigns, measurement and evaluation, branding and issues management. Vicki secured her Master’s in journalism and public relations from University of Maryland and thrives on being at the nexus of research and communications. She has spent her time working with clients such as Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), ONE, the GED® Testing Service (GEDTS) and The Grameen Foundation, and is particularly proud of her award-winning programs such as PRWeek’s Best Use of Research and Measurement for the Speak Up, Speak Out: Public Awareness Campaign for the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault (TAASA). In her past life, Vicki dedicated her research skills to ballot initiatives across the country and political candidates at all levels of the electoral process.
