Seth Levin
When Seth was in the fifth grade, he entered an essay contest on great explorers, writing on an obscure choice, naturalist John Muir. Undeterred by the judges’ decision to award first prize to a more conventional (and boring) Magellan essay, Seth continues to think outside-the-box, developing and implementing creative communications programs for his Social Impact clients. Seth currently works with Humanity United on the multi-faceted Sudan Now campaign to pressure President Obama and his Administration to take stronger action on Sudan. Capitalizing on President’s vast digital presence, the campaign leverages a variety of social media tactics along with more traditional media relations and advertising. Seth also helped bring the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services into the age of social media, running the agency’s first digital advertising campaign and systematic blog outreach efforts. Seth’s other Social Impact clients have included Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the MasterCard Foundation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Amherst College, where he spent his free time exploring the Appalachian Trail.
